I had a great experience at Heart2Heart over the past two days. Eva kept the class informative, interesting, and very hands-on, which made it easier to learn and stay engaged.
John Devlin, the BLS instructor, was amazing! He brings so much knowledge and experience to the class, and his sense of humour made the session fun and enjoyable while still being very educational. I really appreciated how engaging both instructors were and would definitely recommend Heart2Heart to anyone looking for Standard First Aid, CPR or BLS training.

Eva was a fantastic instructor and made the experience really enjoyable! You can tell she is very passionate about safety & first aid, and was extremely thorough while demonstrating and explaining the material.

It was easy to sign up and information was provided ahead of time, link to the online course arrived quickly as did the digital certificate when I was done. During the in-person course Eva was an absolute pro, incredibly efficient and no wasted time, lots of practical advice and hands-on work. I was very impressed with her knowledge level, practical experience, and ability to keep the course moving along quickly. My only complaint is coming from my knees after kneeling on the floor and getting up and down for so long! I felt like I actually learned the skills I needed as well as what I specifically needed to know for the test. I recommend anyone coming wear sweatpants or similar, you are going to be uncomfortable in jeans. The price for the full CPR-C/AED course was about what I expected, any cheaper than $150 and I would be suspicious. There are a few stairs down to the lower room and a single stall/room washroom. If you have mobility issues or anything that prevents you from moving around easily I would tell them in advance because the course requires a lot of getting on the floor and manually manipulating mannequins. You will also need to be comfortable touching strangers as part of the exercises.

I took the emergency first aid and CPR course with Eva. The instructor was super knowledgable and explained everything in detail. She was also very compassionate and enthusiastic and her way of teaching made the class made the class a very fun experience. We had a lot of hands-on practises to get familiar with the skills.

I am a physician and highly recommend the the BLS class with Mr John Devlin, he brings his expertise in the paramedical world along his teaching experience to make a very positive and educational class. I also appreciated the attention to the mental wellbeing of the first responder and his message of seeking help when we feel we need it. Give this man a raise!

Eva was an absolutely amazing First Aid instructor. She explained everything clearly, thoroughly, and in a way that was easy to understand and remember. The in-person class was engaging, interactive, and full of valuable hands-on practice that helped build confidence in real-life emergency situations.
Eva made the entire course enjoyable and kept everyone involved throughout the day. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students learning the material properly.
I highly recommend Eva to anyone taking First Aid or CPR training. She made the experience both educational and enjoyable. One of the best instructors I've had!

The teacher, I think her name was Bodhi if I remember correctly, was excellent and explained things very well and in a way that you would understand the logic and help remember if ever in a situation where you needed to do CPR

Newmarket location. First time Standard aid+ cpr
Good course.
Teacher was with a little Indian accent, but still clear to understand. Good atmosphere.
From 9 to 5 p.m a little bit too much information, but there was 2 short breaks, and 1 for 45 minutes for lunch.
Test wasn't too hard, but at the end of the day head was full of information.
Overall it was very interesting, a lot of practice, very useful in every day life too.

Heart 2 Heart provided excellent CPR training. Rob was an amazing instructor and kept the group engaged the entire session.

Do not use these guys myself and 10 others waited for a instructor yo show up, no show. Yet we are expected to be on time. If you value the services you pay for go elsewhere for first aid.
